On the southeast side of the property, there is a beautiful ridge that traverses to the back of the property. This ridge is covered in trees, is easily traversable, and there are great building sites in this area. The ranch features 700 +/- feet of both sides of the clear water, year-round Indian Creek. There is a well-constructed dam on the property that holds back a nice amount of water. The ranch also includes a windmill well and a small watering hole for wildlife.
