Grand Central Station The Grand Central building is a 3,000 SF two-story structure that houses multiple offices along with 3 separate apartments for lodging.

Compass The Compass building is 3,500 sf of lodging divided into four equal wings. Each lodging wing is designed the same and has its own facilities. Additionally, there are two rooms upstairs that can be used for group gatherings, workspace, or storage.

Lodges:

There are four, 1,200 sf lodges that all have: Covered porches, interior sinks, showers, and bathroom facilities.

Both Compass and all of the lodges have fire sprinkler systems throughout per Montgomery county code. There is a fire pump building on-site to support these sprinklers.

Rally The Rally dining hall is a 5,000 SF fully functioning dining facility that has accommodated 200 people. The commercial kitchen inside the Rally building includes: walk-in cooler, walk-in freezer, multiple cooking ranges, large professional vent hood, ice machine, dish washing sink, hand washing sink, Ovens, Food prep racks, Food prep counters.

Muse The Muse building is a 5,100 SF multi-purpose activity building. Inside the Muse building there is a large black box theatre designed for the performing arts along with 4 classroom type rooms that each have their own sink and access to bathroom facilities. On the western wall of Muse there is an outdoor movie system set up including elevated projection.
