Location: The ranch is located approximately 10 miles east of Crystal City, Texas

Habitat: The 5 R Ranch consists of the familiar South Texas brush species including but not limited to mesquite, guajillo, granjeno, Texas persimmon, prickly pear, and whitebrush. What makes the 5 R Ranch different from many ranches in the region is the abundance of bull mesquite cover. The majority of the property has bottomland soils where unmolested brush has grown for decades. The dense habitat is ideal for wildlife and anyone wishing to sculpt brush.

Agriculture: The 5 R Ranch has several small food plots ideal for annual crops.

Wildlife & Hunting: The Richter Ranch is an ideal low fenced ranch surrounded on two sides with larger properties. The ranch is favorable for white-tailed deer, hogs, quail, dove, turkey, and javelina.

Improvements: The ranch has very few improvements.

Roads- The ranchs road system is mainly small winding roads used for access to hunting blinds and tanks.

Water: The 5 R Ranch has two water wells and 4 stock tanks. One of the water wells has a solar pump and flows into a stock tank used for wildlife water. The other well is a larger Carrizo water well drilled by the O&G company. It has a pump but no electrical source. The owner has rented a generator to run water in a larger tank in the past.

Minerals: A small portion is owned and is negotiable.
