Seasonal wet weather Olmos Creek bisects the ranch from west to east. The Coyote 3 Ranch is located in southern Bee County, Texas, along the north side of asphalt paved F.M. 797, approximately 4 miles west of US Highway 181, and approximately 4 miles west of Skidmore, TX. It is also located approximately 8 miles south of Beeville, TX and 39 miles north of Corpus Christi, TX.

The ranch has the ideal environment for deer, turkey, dove, quail and hog hunting. Deer thrive in the thick brush and the seasonal acorn drops from the oak trees. In addition, wild turkey utilize the large trees for their roost.

The improvements on the ranch are minimal. The main gate and entrance road are located along the north side of F.M. 797. This main ranch road leads to the hunters headquarters which is an older mobile home and old large shed or barn. There appears to be one water well and it is equipped with an electrical submersible pump. The fencing along the south, east and west sides is a typically barbed wire cattle fence. The fence along the northern boundary appears to be a shorter high fence, maybe 6 tall. The ranch has one small earthen pond approximately acres in size. It is surrounded by good trees and would be the perfect spot for a late afternoon dove hunt. Electricity is available along the south and west portions of the ranch.

This is a great ranch from a beauty and recreational standpoint.
