LOCATION:

The property is situated in Brundage, TX with 1750 +/- ft of HWY 85 frontage. It is approx. 12 +/- miles from Carrizo Springs and 6 +/- Miles from Big Wells. Dimmit County is an area of south Texas that has long been noted for its cattle industry and abundant wildlife, especially the trophy white-tailed deer.

WILDLIFE:

Although south Texas is considered dry and flat land, the diverse plants and thorny brush provide excellent habitat for producing white-tailed deer. Although these deer are found all over the state, they are best in the brush of south Texas. Other wildlife in this area include turkey, hogs, javelina, dove, quail, and your other typical native wildlife species.

TERRAIN:

The terrain on the ranch is your typical flat south Texas brush, characterized by plains of thorny shrubs, cactuses, with mixed areas of grassland.

IMPROVEMENTS:

While the ranch is mostly unimproved, the Guajillo Ranch does have a few cattle pens and a shed that will convey, making it easy to keep cattle on the property for its next buyer.

Water is available from the Brundage Water Supply. There is one water well on the ranch that is not currently in use.
