Wildlife: Currently held under the Wildlife Management Program, Wolfridge Ranch is loaded with deer. Other game include turkey, dove, and hogs. There has been selective cedar clearing throughout the ranch with a Hyrdo Ax. This has decreased the cedar density and allowed for good grasses to take root.

Water: Glover Branch crosses the Eastern portion of the ranch for about 3500 feet. This is typically a wet weather creek that has several pools of water that hold fish. Glover Branch travels north where it dumps into the Lampasas River several properties over. There are also five other little draws that feed down into the Glover branch and the Lampasas River. These have potential to be good future ponds sites. There is a water well with electricity located on the ranch as well
