This 320 +/- acres is located northeast of Crowell in Foard County, TX, with a half mile of county road frontage on its south side. The property is multi-function, allowing for specific uses of farming, grazing and hunting simultaneously, without one disturbing the other.

The property has a perimeter fence, and one cross fence separates the farm land from the grass pasture.
