Stephens Regional Special Utility District water lines run along the north and west sides of this ranch, and a tap with the Basa Resources high pressure water line is on site on the southeast corner of the property.

There is one set of working pens and a good caliche road that crosses most of the ranch It is well-maintained by the oil and gas operator.
