Bluebonnet Ranch is a nicely shaped 250 +/- acres located along FM 3235, about 15 miles NW of Leakey. Located along the southern edge of the Edwards Plateau along the divide, the ranch has many great views. Additionally, there are working cattle pens and a dirt floor metal building is used to store equipment.


There is one submersible well located near headquarters of the ranch. The well provides water to the ranch house, a few troughs and a stock tank.


Wildlife includes whitetail deer, scimitar horned oryx, blackbuck antelope, feral hog and dove.
