Topography: This property has tremendous elevation changes, with heights ranging from 900 feet in the west to 1,352 feet in the east. The property has a variety of lush creek bottoms and rugged granite hilltops with outstanding views. Spring Creek offers prime arrowhead hunting, and interesting mineral rocks are commonly found throughout the property.
Vegetation: This ranch has and abundance of trees throughout, including Post Oak, Live Oak, Pecan, Black Cherry, Cedar Elm, Hackberry, Sycamore, Spanish Oak, Walnut, and Mesquite.
