The wildlife management program, which has been in place for the last 12 years, has produced 40 axis and 160+ class native Hill Country Whitetail. There are also black buck, scimitar horned oryx, Rio Grande turkeys, and seasonal doves. In addition, the property is ag exempt with some cattle and sheep present.

There are numerous hunting improvements including a 40X90 open-faced metal barn with a walk-in cooler, ice machine, and a mounted winch for skinning deer over a drained floor, with extra room that could be turned into a processing room. Various corn and protein feeders, which hold between 350 to 1,000 pounds, have been strategically placed throughout the ranch. There are game cameras located at each blind and feeding station.
