An easy 43 mile drive down I-35 South from San Antonio is the 200-acre Summit Ranch in desirable Frio County located between the communities of Moore & Big Foot. Area water drillers report shallow water is available between 200 & 300 deep if one wished to drill a domestic use type water well similar to the neighbors.
