The 119+/- acre Port Bay Ranch, situated in Aransas County, is a recreational ranch near Rockport, TX with long-term investment and development potential. The Port Bay Ranch is flat, with the entire property being close to sea level. The soil classifications are a mixture of Narta Loam transitioning into Dieterich loamy fine sand towards the southern portion.
The ranch has one water well, the depth being unknown. There is also a set of working pens located in the northern portion of the property. Provided by AEP, there is currently an electric meter upon entering the ranch.
One shallow water well (depth unknown) is located on the property. There is one larger pond with a duck blind located on the southern portion which stays full with sufficient rainfall, as well as a few smaller ponds located along FM 1069.
