Beautiful piece of land. Completely enclosed by a fence. One side is completely bordered by a rock wall. The land has previously been used to grow broom corn and was also used for grazing. It was at one point tiered. The rain has washed the soil down towards the rock wall, which has trapped all of the sediment. That part of the land now contains very nice, deep soil.
