Home Features
Main house renovated in 2018, to include pine flooring through out the house, new bathrooms, trim, paint, and one new HVAC system. The second HVAC system was installed new in 2017.

Lot Features
This property is flat, with many beautiful trees and views of the surrounding hills. There are 2 Concan water supply meters, and one active water well, which we use primarily for our horses and deer. There is also a septic tank installed next to the main house where a doublewide trailer used to sit. This would be an excellent location to build another house, either for a summer rental, or as your main home. The possibilities for this property are endless! The multitudes of Axis deer do present a problem at times, but you'll get used to them.

Horse Facility Features
The metal barn was constructed about 2003, two years prior to when we purchased the property. It is about 60' long, and about 40' wide including the overhang over the runs. The stalls are 10' x 10', with 40' pipe runs on each. Everything is dirt floor, except for the tack room, which is on concrete. I'll be adding pictures of the barn and arena soon. The arena was built for team roping, but we use it for schooling, exercise, and mounted shooting.
