Mr. Williams is the founder and CEO of Williams Ranch Group LLC and Mineral Sales Group LLC. Mr. Williams is a licensed Colorado, New Mexico and Texas Real Estate Broker working primarily in the ranch and farm land industry nationwide. He has served the energy industry as a mineral asset manager and sales broker supervising portfolios and sales of minerals in over nine states. Mr. Williams is a recognized oil and gas marketing specialist selling and leasing non-producing and producing minerals responsible for oil and gas mineral transactions for the state of Texas , U.S. Gulf Coast and Rocky Mountain Regions. He has also been used as an informative adviser in Texas and the Rocky Mountain Region for numerous mineral owners. Mr. Williams’s extensive knowledge of the prolific energy plays (Eagle Ford, Permian Basin, Pearsall, Barnett Shale, Green River, Niobrara, Heath and Bakken) allows his clients to effectively market and transfer their oil and gas mineral interests in a secured environment while obtaining market value for their assets. Mr Williams is also the principle Broker for the Colorado, New Mexico and Texas Division of Williams Ranch Group LLC selling and marketing Farm and Ranch properties in Colorado, New Mexico and Texas. Mr. Williams Prior to Williams Ranch Group and Mineral Sales Group LLC served as an officer in the U.S Army for over 24 years including serving on a counter-terrorism task force post 9-11 reporting to National Security Adviser Condoleezza Rice and holding positions in Afghanistan as the US Commander of Southern Afghanistan, the Deputy NATO Commander of Southern Afghanistan and the Commander of Kandahar military base. Mr. Williams retired at the rank of Colonel. He is a graduate of the University of Colorado and holds a Masters Degree in National Security Strategies from the National War College. Mr. Williams was the President of the Texas Alliance of Land Brokers in 2014.
