Steven J. Bilicek, ALC has been engaged in real estate brokerage and consultation for over 30 years. He has represented Buyers, Sellers, and assisted property owners with hundreds of properties throughout Texas. Mr. Bilicek is an Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) with the Realtors Land Institute and currently serves as a committee member on the National ALC committee with the Realtors Land Institute.  He is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker and he has a Masters Degree in Land Economics and Real Estate, as well as a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agricultural Economics.  He is a member of the Houston Association of Realtors, the Texas Realtors Association, the Texas Alliance of Land Brokers, and the Texas Rural Listing Service. The focus of his business is land.  He assist Buyers and Sellers with farms, ranches, hunting properties, commercial land, industrial land, development properties, agricultural properties, and transitional land.
