Morgan Willis was born and raised in the Texas Hill Country, where she grew up horseback riding, checking fence and working cattle alongside her dad and grandpa. She was taught at a young age to get up early, work hard, put the livestock and others needs before herself but most importantly to serve the Lord. Her upbringing also taught her what’s right and wrong, to respect the land and respect all creatures of God. As she grew, her passion has been fostered and grown to appreciate the western heritage and diverse landscapes. Morgan’s love of the land and agriculture has inspired her life choices, and she wants that same purposeful feeling for her clients. Morgan’s devotion to agriculture has been on her heart for years, and she wants to help others find that piece of property to fuel their passions, whether being a home to instill roots or a piece of land to start their own traditions. She uses her grit and work ethic to make sure her clients are respected and treated with honesty and integrity. Her resiliency and work ethic will ensure there is transparency and clarity in all transactions. Her commitment to her clients doesn’t end at the closing table, it’s more than just a transaction for Morgan. She is there to help her clients be stewards of their land and help lay a foundation for the next generation of ranchers. Morgan and her husband, Brandon, love the land and the Hill Country and they made the decision to move back to Mason where they have started raising the 5th generation of ranchers with their three children: Lyda, Gray and Shep. When not taking care of her clients, Morgan enjoys tending to cattle and training horses. She is a member of the Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers and the American Quarter Horse Association. Morgan and her family work to make sure that the legacy of western heritage continues in their family and in Morgan’s profession.
