Chad is an Accredited Land Consultant & Houston Partner with the Mock Ranches Group. Chad specializes in farming, ranching and recreational properties where he utilizes his lifetime of experience and knowledge in the agricultural and outdoor communities. He has received the Realtors Land Institute's APEX Producers Club Award every year since 2020. He is a member of KW Land, Realtors Land Institute (RLI), Member/Owner of the Land Broker Co-Op, Texas Land Broker Network, Texas Alliance of Land Brokers, and Lifetime Member/Past President/Executive Committee for the Texas Rice Festival among others. When Chad is not assisting his clients he enjoys chasing deer in South Texas, bird hunting and having a fishing pole in his hand fighting the one that didn't get away.
