Albert is state certified general real estate appraiser and licensed agent in State of Texas. He grew up in a South Texas ranching family, graduated from Texas A&M and served as a United States Army officer. He formed Allen, Williford & Seale an appraisal firm specializing in right of way valuation and litigation support. He has been involved in the appraising, buying, selling and brokerage of real estate (primarily rural) all of his adult life. Albert now concentrates on brokering rural property near Houston. He currently serves as the President Elect of the Texas Chapter of the Realtors Land Institute.
