Gordon E. Sauer is a graduate of Texas A&M University and St. Mary’s University School of Law. He has been practicing law for fifty-six years, primarily in real estate, particularly as a transactional attorney. He founded Hill Country Titles in 1970 and serves as the President. Gordon advises and resolves title commitment curative matters for Hill Country Titles. Over the years the title company has grown from two employees to over twenty employees with one location in Fredericksburg to additional locations in Mason, Blanco, Johnson City, Junction, and Rocksprings and serving the entire state of Texas. Because of Gordon’s experience as a transactional attorney and his title company expertise in ranch transactions, ranch properties are a primary focus for his law practice and that of Hill Country Titles.
Kendra Pesek is the Executive Vice President with Hill Country Titles. Kendra received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from The University of Arizona and her law degree from Baylor University School of Law. She worked in private practice for a boutique real estate firm representing developers for resort and commercial properties. Kendra spent seven years in County government advising the County Judge, Commissioners, and developers on land use, development, and planning. She began her private law practice in Fredericksburg over six years ago, focusing on real estate. Kendra works alongside Gordon assisting Hill Country Titles with title curative matters.
Gordon and Kendra are both educators in the annual TALB CE classes presented and organized by Dr. Charles Porter.
