ABOUT THE COURSE
This 3-hour class fulfills the TREC mandatory continuing education requirement for 3 hours of contracts of the 18 continuing education hours needed every two years of all license holders’ education obligations for renewal of licenses. This class includes an in-depth discussion of every sentence in the contract and all appropriate forms, with a focus on farm & ranch.
