ABOUT THE COURSE
The student will gain an advanced level of professional, working knowledge of mineral rights in Texas, of the Texas Real Estate Commission promulgated Addendum for Reservation of Oil, Gas, and Other Minerals, and of the challenges in understanding mineral rights in Texas. The student will learn how their practices in the subject matter of this class relate to their duties as a licensee under the Texas Occupations Code Chapter 1101 (The Real Estate License Act), the Rules of the Texas Real Estate Commission, and the National Association of REALTORS’ Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice.
The knowledge gained by the students from this course will better educate them so they can better serve the public.
