Location; The ranch is located in Guadalupe County at 3540 Woelke Road just West of Seguin, TX 78155 and about 25 miles East of San Antonio. The ranch fronts on a paved county road.
Description/Remarks; This Guadalupe county ranch is heavily wooded throughout and has a sizeable wet weather creek that traverses part of the property from Northeast to Southwest. The terrain on the property contains rolling hills with elevations that run from 525 in the creek bottom up to 580 on the hill tops.
