Location: Approximately 6 miles North of D'Hanis, Texas

Habitat: The Double T Ranch is located in the transition zone where the Hill Country meets the South Texas Plains. The ranch has numerous heritage Live Oak Trees along with traditional South Texas brush: Texas Persimmon, Agarita, Granjeno, Hog Plum, kidneywood, Whitebrush, and Prickly Pear. The Seco Creek runs along the eastern portion of the ranch outside of the high-fence. It flows seasonally and has pools of water during wet weather.

Wildlife & Hunting: The ranch has a highly improved white-tailed deer herd and white-tailed breeding pens. The deer herd has been managed for over 20 years. Numerous trophy bucks have been harvested over the years. The ranch is located in a TPWD CWD zone. The ranch is up to date on testing requirements and no positive deer have been discovered. The breeding pens have a level 1 movements qualification. Over 100 deer were released on the property from the pens in 2018. The ranch also is home to Rio Grande turkey, doves, wild hogs, and many other species of wildlife.

Improvements:

Lodge- The ranch a has newer 4 bedroom custom home. The limestone, standing seem roofed house has a high-end finish.
