LOCATION

LAND
This property is one of the most productive and improved farms in the Frio County area. The farm has been in production for years and currently has cotton, corn, and coastal hay planted. The farm has a variety of soils ranging from red dirt color to darker soils. Soils present are Amphion sandy clay, Caid Clay, Ramadero sandy loam, Montell clay and Webb loam.

IMPROVEMENTS
Extensive work has been done to the 57 Farm to make it what it is today. The irrigation wells have been reworked over the last several years and one new irrigation well was drilled approximately two years ago. WATER
