Thomas Wallace grew up in Kerrville TX as a 5th generation Texan. His family migrated from Germany and helped settle Kerr County in the mid 1850’s. The Real family stayed and prospered mostly in ranching in the early days. They managed tens of thousands of acres of land raising fine wool sheep, goats, and cattle. Ancestors of the Reals in Kerr Co include doctors, lawyers, business owners, musicians, many homemakers, a county judge and a state senator, Julius real after whom Real County was named. Thomas still manages the land that his ancestors settled running cattle and managing hunting operations on the family homestead. Upon receiving his Bachelor of Science in Agricultural and Applied Economics from Texas Tech University, Thomas went back to Kerrville to run the family ranch. Some of his endeavors included guiding hunts for companies such as Valero and NuStar Energy. After overseeing many range improvement projects and drastic improvement to the Angus cattle herd, Thomas decided to accompany his wife Annaliesa in her studies in Physician Assistant Certification at UT-Pan American in the Rio Grande Valley. After her graduation they returned to the Hill Country for Annaliesa to start her new profession as a PA and to start a new business venture called “Texas Grapes Wine Tours”. This new business venture brought Thomas new insight to the booming wine tourism industry that Texas has never seen before. Thomas’ history of ranch management and business owner brings a unique perspective on real estate. Thomas has sold various personal properties and he understands the special needs of any seller. He has also specialized in buyers brokerage and brought a wealth of knowledge to many real estate transactions. Wether you are looking for the perfect property to call home or looking to sell your piece of Texas, Thomas will be glad to guide you through the journey!
