Born in Nashville in 1955 but raised in and a resident of Texas since 1960. Most importantly I've resided just west of Austin in Hays County since 1973, living in San Marcos for a couple of years (B.S. Industrial Arts graduate of SWTSU in '78) moving to the Wimberley Hill Country in '75 and Dripping Springs Hill Country since '79. As a master carpenter, I built custom homes and completed several Historical Restorations for the State of Texas including Sam Houston's homestead. My real estate career began in 1982 and involved acquisitions in multiple states for major clients. I've also sold significant commercial properties including hotels, shopping centers, apartments and commercial land. In 2004, I started Dripping Springs Realty/Watersong Ranches after acquiring the longest standing real estate location in Hays County on the NW corner of US Hwy 290 & RR 12 in the heart of Dripping Springs. Over the last few years, I've sold over $80M in properties, primarily fine, Texas Hill Country recreational ranches. Several of these were assemblages of neighboring ranches for individual buyers seeking to establish "Legacy Family Ranches". If you are seeking something special to buy, I'll find it for you.
