DESCRIPTION:Wednesday\, March 27\, 2024\, immediately following our regular
  luncheon/meeting\n\n&gt\;&gt\; Click Here to Register Online &gt\;&gt\;\n
 \nStudents will gain an advanced level of professional\, working knowledge
  of mineral rights in Texas and of the TREC promulgated Addendum for Reser
 vation of Oil\, Gas\, and Other Minerals.  Students will also learn how t
 heir practices in the subject matter of this class relate to their duties 
 as a licensee under the Texas Occupations Code Chapter 1101 (The Real Esta
 te License Act)\, the Rules of TREC\, and the National Association of Real
 tors Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice.\n\nRefunds will only be giv
 en with 24 hours’ notice. No refunds for partial completion. Class must 
 be attended in its entirety to be eligible for course credit.\n\nPlease co
