This 3-hour class fulfills the new TREC mandatory continuing education requirement for 3 hours of contracts. This new requirement makes up 3 hours of the 18 continuing education every two years of all license holders’ education obligations for renewal of licenses.
TREC made more changes to the Farm and Ranch contract in November, 2020, changes that will be promulgated later this spring. We will discuss the draft of the changes as they relate to the current promulgated form. This class includes an in-depth discussion of every sentence in the contract and all appropriate forms. Charles and Jason will teach the class in tandem as they have taught the annual Water Rights/Advanced Farm and Ranch class.
