Students will gain an advanced level of professional, working knowledge of mineral rights in Texas and of the TREC promulgated Addendum for Reservation of Oil, Gas, and Other Minerals. Students will also learn how their practices in the subject matter of this class relate to their duties as a licensee under the Texas Occupations Code Chapter 1101 (The Real Estate License Act), the Rules of TREC, and the National Association of Realtors Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice.
