Old Glory has a series of improved roads and trails. The high fencing throughout the property are new (most parts less than 7 years) with heavy duty water gaps constructed with steel piping and inch thick conveyor belts. The ranches entire perimeter is high fenced and cross fenced. The owner also had deer breeding pens constructed with steel pipe and a below ground foundation anchoring system.
Wildlife / Hunting: Old Glory has been stocked with 300 Whitetail genetics. The deer used as part of the enhancement program come from a variety of bloodlines that can be provide on request. Other game include Mule Deer, Aoudad, an improving Quail population, Turkey and Hogs. The ranch is also located near the middle of the Texas flyway for an added bonus of improving waterfowl hunting as the ranch improves its surface water capability.
Feeders and Blinds: Ten new blinds and spin feeders, ten 1 ton feeders, five ton feeders and 8 creep feeders (500lb capacity) will convey.
Cattle: With the improved grasses, brush management and water sources the stocking rate of the ranch is an added bonus to the hunting operation.
Minerals: The Seller will convey any mineral interest and executive rights owned to the buyer. Seller has 1/16th mineral interest on 3,800 acres and a little less than 1/4 interest on the remaining acreage.
Parceling: The seller may parcel / sell portions of the ranch that are cross-fenced. The main portions are cross-fenced (by High Fence) into 2,500 acre (southwest) and 3,500 acre (northwest) tracts.
