The remaining canyon walls and ridges have cedar. There are a lot of Rio Grande Turkeys that wonder the Texas Hill County along with many kids of song bird.


Sufficient water is available for the 420+/- acres with two electric water wells, one which pumps water into the stock tank nearest the house. There is one windmill that is currently not in use. Nice wet weather creek that has a few retention ponds.
