Habitat: The soils are good sandy loam soils, perfect for wildlife vegetation and farmland. The south part of the ranch is dominated with South Texas brush and large trees in and around the creek. The north portion of the ranch is part row crop farmland and bright green coastal Bermuda hay fields.

Wildlife: Whitetail deer are abundant, as well as wild hogs and turkey. The habitat is perfect for quail and dove hunting.

Improvements: The ranch is supported by a hunting cabin that, has one bedroom, and a large den. The den area opens into the kitchen and dinning areas. There is also a screen porch looking over the yard area.

Water: There is an electric water well at the cabin in the middle of the ranch and an old windmill near the front of the property.

Electricity: Electricity is found along the front, to the middle and near the rear of the ranch.
