Underground utilities have been laid and a water well has been drilled at the top of this amazing hill. This beautiful vista is one of the most unique elements on the ranch.

The middle portion transitions to an elevated landscape. Splendid views of the surrounding Hill Country are everywhere you turn. A healthy array of vegetation exists including Spanish Oak, Heritage Live Oak, Post Oak and Cherry. Cedar has been selectively removed over the years allowing for native grasses to crawl all over the landscape.

WILDLIFE

Wildlife includes whitetail deer, axis, dove and other animals native to the Hill Country.

WATER

There is one submersible well located on the northeast side of the ranch. An additional water well has been drilled on the western portion of the property. This well has been capped, awaiting a pump to be installed. Pecan Creek, a seasonal drainage area exists on the north end of the property. A small stock tank is also located is this vicinity and holds water seasonally.
